End-User License Agreement (EULA) — La Café Coffee Shop

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and JLRS Data Solutions Inc. This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our La Café Coffee Shop software directly from JLRS Data Solutions Inc. or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor.

By clicking "Agree" or installing and/or using the software, you confirm acceptance of the software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party from and against any loss, cost, or damage of any kind (including reasonable outside attorneys' fees) to the extent arising out of its breach of this Agreement, and/or its negligence or willful misconduct.

License Grant

JLRS Data Solutions Inc. hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the La Café Coffee Shop software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

You are not permitted to:

  • Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software.
  • Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose.
  • Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
  • Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national, or international law.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

JLRS Data Solutions Inc. shall at all times retain ownership of the Software. The Software and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of JLRS Data Solutions Inc.

Data

In the event of a security breach, JLRS Data Solutions Inc. shall provide notification within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmation of the incident, unless notification would disrupt law enforcement investigation.

Currency & Payment

All sums payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be payable in US dollars. All payments shall be made without any deduction or setoff.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. It will terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
